HLAB2022 学生ボード募集について
2011年より始まった学生プロジェクトは、2021年度をもって10周年を迎えました。12年目を迎えるいま、HLABのMission「異なる人生を歩む人々が、その違いから刺激を受け、学び、共創する。HLABはそんな社会の実現を学びの体験、空間、コミュニティのデザインを通じて行います。」に立ち返り、HLAB学生プロジェクトのVisionを以下に定めました。
高校生が自分と向き合い、一歩を踏み出し、進み続ける「場」をつくる
上記のVisionに基づきHLAB 2022 学生プロジェクトは、高校生を対象とした二つのプログラムを並行して行います。
- 対面宿泊型のサマースクール
- 1日完結型プログラム
Visionの達成、プログラムの決行に先立ち、HLAB 2022 学生ボードに関わる仲間を募集します。HLAB 2022 学生ボードは2021年12月から2023年3月まで、HLAB学生プロジェクトのVision達成に向けた、プロジェクト運営にあたり、意思決定やプロジェクトマネジメントの責任を担います。
※なお、今回募集する「学生ボード」とは、リーダーシッププログラムの一員として、今後募集される運営委員のマネジメントや研修を行う中心メンバーを指します。運営委員（学生ボード以外）募集の詳細につきましては、後日準備が整い次第公開予定です。
またHLAB 2022 学生ボードでは引き続き、海外大生（GBs）枠を設けています。Global SideメンターとJapan Sideメンターが一体となってより良い学生プロジェクトを作り上げることを目的としています。

HLAB2022 Recruitment of Student Board Members
The HLAB student project started in 2011 and celebrated its 10th anniversary in 2021. HLAB’s mission is to build a diverse community that co-stimulate, co-learn, and co-create together through HLAB’s design of transformative education and community building. By recognizing our mission once again, we set the following vision for the HLAB student project.
To create a “place” where high school students can face themselves, take the first step, and keep going on.
Based on the vision above, the HLAB 2022 Student Project will conduct two programs for high school students.
- Face-to-face residential summer school program.
- One-day program
The HLAB 2022 Student Board will be responsible for decision making and project management from December 2021 to March 2023 in order to achieve the vision of the HLAB Student Project. The HLAB 2022 Student Board will be responsible for decision making and project management.
＊The “Student Board” will be the core members of the leadership program described here, and will be responsible for the management and training of the Executive Committee members. The recruitment for the Executive Committee members will be released as soon as the details are finalized.
The HLAB 2022 Student Board will continue to have a position for overseas university students (GBs). The aim of this program is to create a better summer school by bringing together Global Side mentors and Japan Side mentors.

応募概要
- 応募資格：2022年9月時点で、高等専門学校生(4, 5年、専攻科)、専門学校生、短期大学生、大学生または大学院生。
- Eligibility: A specialized vocational school student(4th, 5th year, major), vocational school student, two-year college student, undergraduate student or graduate student in September, 2022.
- 応募条件：2022年夏に開催を予定している対面型サマースクール、および1日完結型プログラム(開催形態・日程未定)への参加ができること。それに伴う事前研修、事前打ち合わせにコミットできること。
- Applicants must be able to participate in the offline summer school, scheduled for the summer of 2022, and one-day program (dates and event format to be decided). Along with the commitment to orientation training programs and meetings beforehand.
- 任期：2021年12月〜2023年3月
- Term: December 2021 to March 2023
- 選考方法：エッセイ & 面接 (対面orオンライン)

- Chief Program Officer（全体プログラム統括）
- 募集人数：1人
- 全地域のサマースクールが学生プロジェクトのVisionに基づいたプログラムとなるよう、統括を行う。
- 1日開催型プログラムのプログラム統括を行う。
- Global Side Co-COO（海外大生側 執行統括）
- Recruitment Numbers：1 person
- Management of Global Side mentor team
- Global Side Office Directors （海外大生オフィスディレクターズ）
- Recruitment Numbers：1-3 person
- Operation of training, communication and marketing, admission of Global Side mentors.
- Mentor Training Director（運営委員研修ディレクター）
- 募集人数：1人
- HLAB運営委員として必要な能力をつける研修の設計を行う。地域と部署を超えた横の繋がりを設計する。
- Admission Director（高校生選考ディレクター）
- 募集人数：1人
- 国内の高校生参加者の参加に要する選考、手続きの代行やサポートを行う。
- HLABに関わる全ての人の質を担保しながらも、参加満足度の向上を常に意識する。
- Fundraising Director（ファンドレイジングディレクター）
- 募集人数：1人
- 学生プロジェクトのVisionを実現するための資金を調達する方法を模索し、実行する
- Accounting Director（予算管理ディレクター）
- 募集人数：1人
- 集まった資金が学生プロジェクトのVisionを実現するために最適な使われ方をするように管理する。ここで言う管理とは、予算の作成・出納の記録・支出の評価などである。
- Event Director（イベントディレクター）
- 募集人数：1人
- 高校生参加者募集時に行われる説明会や座談会、オンラインイベントなどの広報イベントを統括し、実行する。
- Media Director（メディアディレクター）
- 募集人数：1-2人
- HLABの学生プロジェクトの情報や魅力を対内、対外双方に届けるための広報コンテンツをデザインし、統括、実行する。
- Tokyo Directors（東京統括）
- 募集人数：2人
- 渉外活動：東京における主共催団体、協力団体、その他主要施設、取引先との関係維持、発展を目的に、各地域代表者としての責務を果たす。
- 地域やプロジェクトの細かい意思決定、ディレクション、マネジメントをする。
- Obuse Directors（小布施統括）
- 募集人数：2人
- 渉外活動：小布施における主共催団体、協力団体、その他主要施設、取引先との関係維持、発展を目的に、各地域代表者としての責務を果たす。
- 地域やプロジェクトの細かい意思決定、ディレクション、マネジメントをする。
- Miyagi-Onagawa Directors（宮城女川統括）
- 募集人数：2人
- 渉外活動：宮城女川における主共催団体、協力団体、その他主要施設、取引先との関係維持、発展を目的に、各地域代表者としての責務を果たす。
